Mailing/Delivering Your Quilt Top
If shipping your top: Ship both top and backing in a box large enough for me to return the quilted top. Be sure that the back is 4" larger on all sides, including top and bottom. I will trim your quilt for binding or I will bind your quilt for an additional $30.00. Please enclose your deposit (or full price) and a return label. Please enclose your address and phone number or e-mail in case I need to contact you. Return postage is included in my fee for U.S. Delivery.
Payment must be made in full before I can return your quilt. I will contact you when the quilt is finished and will e-mail finished photos to you. You can then complete your payment (if not paid in full) by cash, check, or money order. Once payment is complete I will return the quilt. If you are not satisfied I will refund your cost for my services once you return the quilt to me.
If dropping off your top you will need to provide the deposit in cash, check, money order at that time. I will trim your quilt for binding when I am finished. I will bind your quilt for an additional $30.00. I will notify you when your quilt is ready for pickup and any balance due.
Upon receiving your top I will inspect it for any problems. I will contact you and let you know that I have received the top. If I see any problems with the top we can then discuss these issues and arrange return or completion of your top. I will not try to finish your top if I think there is a problem with it before first contacting you.
